efficient service prompt driver pleasant lounge
The front desk service was efficient and helpful. i appreciated the taxi service they arranged. The driver arrived promptly. the hotel also had a pleasant zen lounge where i could relax with complimentary tea.
the wifi signal was slightly weak in my room.

quick staff comfy bed big windows
the location is great, I walked to a train station super fast. the staff were nice and really quick to help. my room had a comfy bed and two big windows, it was a superior twin room non-smoking.
the hotel gym is rather small, it has only a few machines.

a decent experience
zen-krok area japanese breakfast good standard weird smell poor wi-fi small room
the hotel has a zen-krok area, and it has a fine little zen-krok with coffee and tea serving. it functions actually, and contributes to giving the hotel some personality and warmth. the japanese breakfast is good, but a bit expensive. the room was ok.
the bathroom had a weird smell. it lasted the entire stay. the wi-fi did not work well in our room. this made our work and communication with our family difficult.

the hotel had a coin laundry available. i appreciated that it was easy to do my clothes. the staff was polite always, and that meant so much. the relaxation room on the third floor was a beautiful space.
the rooms were small.

quiet retreat in the city
quiet surroundings multiple metro lines friendly staff
i found the hotel provided a peaceful escape with its quiet surroundings and interior gardens. the location near multiple metro lines made it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. the cleanliness of my room was really good (i really appreciated this).
the in-room wi-fi signal was weak sometimes, making it a bit difficult to work remotely from my room.

my superior twin room included comfortable beds and was very neat. there were subtle japanese touches that added to the guest experience. the space was thoughtfully maintained and had a relaxing effect after a long day.

the staff showed amazing attention to detail and were courteous. they were also responsive when i asked for assistance. the team seemed genuinely cute and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay (i loved it!).

the hotel has relaxing settings which are perfect after exploring the city. i found a laundry room with washers and dryers there. there is also a relaxation room available, offering massage chairs.
